Returns
New Goods – We exchange, refund or credit where new goods have been incorrectly described, are faulty or different from the sample shown to you. We do not refund if you change your mind or chose the wrong size or colour.
Used Goods – All used goods are sold as is where is and are not subject to any refund or return. It is encouraged that all used goods are viewed prior to purchase.
Insurance Claim Goods - Our Salvage Goods are sourced from Insurance Claims, Liquidations or Surplus Stock/Clearance Items. All items are new but may have damaged packaging or slight imperfections/damage. Surplus Traders takes no responsibility for damaged goods and has a NO REFUND policy for our Salvage Goods. We recommend all Salvage Goods are viewed in store before purchasing or shipping.
