Returns
We will replace or exchange if:
1. Item is defective; or
2. Item is incorrectly described in the auction listing.
If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you the choice of:
1. a credit or
2. a refund.
We will not refund if:
You simply 'change your mind';
Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be' (we may exchange at our discretion and a restocking fee may apply).
Please ask all questions you may have before bidding. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging in brand new condition accompanied by the original invoice.
If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us immediately. Please clearly advise what the problem is and include the following information: Invoice or Packing Slip Number, Item Description, Date of Purchase, Price Paid, a daytime phone number and if possible a photograph of the damage.
We will contact you with the procedures to resolve the problem via the above guidelines. Returns for orders paid by credit card will be credited electronically back to your credit card account. Returns for orders paid by direct credit will be credited electronically back to your bank account.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any problems.

- For a complete refund of the product cost, items must be original condition, show no signs of wear.
- Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, cords etc.) and paperwork (e.g. Owner’s manual, warranty card, etc.).
- Include a copy of the invoice and the completed Returns Authorization that we will email to you, clearly indicate your reason for your return.
- Please do not write on the manufacturers box, manual, or warranty card until certain you will keep this purchase.
- Please reseal using only CLEAR packing tape. Do not use brown tape or masking tape.
- You are responsible for the goods until they safely reach our warehouse. To protect your goods return using all original packaging materials. In the event of damage we will notify you and you will have to raise a claim with the carrier or your insurance company. No refund will be issued under these circumstances but you retain ownership of the goods.
- Make sure you have insurance for the return for the full value of your purchase.
- Ship your items back with a traceable service. We are not responsible if your returned merchandise gets lost in transit.
- Refunds take approximately 3-5 working days to clear and process.
- Trade Me Pay Now payments are credited back to your Credit Card via TradeMe’s Pay Now system.
- The return address together with returns information will be advised when the RA (Returns Authorisation) is issued.
NOTE: Regardless of whether the return is a warranty claim or because the product is not suitable the above terms apply.
