The Watch Factory proudly offers a 30 day returns periods where you can send your item/s back for a refund or exchange. If you’re not happy with your purchase, or it’s not what you expected, simply send it back to get your money back.
Returning your item is as easy as contacting us, packing up your item & sending it back to us!
How do returns work?

2. Send your item/s back to us with the instructions we provide you.

Returns policy
To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be returned within 30 days from delivery in an unused, undamaged and unaltered condition with all original packaging. Please read our full Returns Policy for complete details.
For your return to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be:
i) Unworn and undamaged, and;
ii) In its original state with no scratches or defects, and;
iii) In its original watch box, with tags includes, and;
iv) Free from alterations, such as resizing, link removals & engravings, and;
v) Returned within 30 days of delivery, and;
vi) Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers pay for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
