Returns
We want every customer happy with their purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
Change of mind returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original undamaged packaging, and fully resaleable with all accessories and documentation. Buyer pays return shipping. A small restocking fee may apply for opened items.
Faulty or incorrectly described items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — whichever is appropriate under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Warranty claims
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the listing. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 also apply to every purchase and cannot be excluded.
Refund timeframes
Once we receive your return and confirm condition, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Bank-to-bank refunds can take an additional 1-3 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
What can't be returned
Personalised, custom-built, or specially ordered items. Software, downloadable products, and consumables (batteries, ink, etc.) once opened. Items damaged through misuse, accident, or unauthorised modification.
