TMart Living Returns & Warranty Policy
 
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
At TMart Living, all of our products are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which ensures minimum standards for the goods we sell. If a product is faulty or doesn’t meet these standards, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with the Act.
 
90-Day Return-to-Base Warranty
All TMart Living products include a 90-day return-to-base warranty. This allows you to return a product for warranty service within 90 days of purchase, provided the conditions below are met.
 
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that preferences can change. We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
  • Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Products need to be in resalable condition (i.e., 100% suitable for resale).
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exclusions – change-of-mind returns do not apply to:
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Personalized or engraved products
  • Clearance items
  • Products purchased during "Free Shipping" promotions
Note: Items that have been engraved, altered, resized, modified, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
 
Damaged / Incorrect / Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items
We’re committed to resolving any issues in good faith, in line with both the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1996.
If your item:
  • Arrives damaged,
  • Is not working (DOA), or
  • Differs from what you ordered,
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
 
Return Process
To help us assist you efficiently:
  • Let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide clear images and a description of the issue.
  • Pre-approval is required from our Customer Service Team before sending any item back.
    (Unauthorised returns will not be accepted by our warehouse, and we cannot cover return shipping costs in such cases.)
  • Items being returned should be unused and in their original packaging, with all original accessories included.
Testing & Processing Time
We may ask you to demonstrate the issue. Once we receive your return, please allow 3–4 working days for us to inspect and process it.
 
Partial Refunds
If original packaging has been discarded or accessories are missing, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the returned item.
 
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
