Return or Exchange:
 
You MUST contacted us and get the our confirmation before send any product to us. We will give you a RMA number for the reference of approval of return. Please wrote the RMA number in / on the parcel. Any product returned without RMA number written in/on the parcel will be thrown to the rubbish without any notice.   
 
We have a lot of orders and parcels everyday.  The parcel without RMA number will be lost or thrown away by the rubbish collection company. 
 
PURCHASE THE WRONG PRODUCT BY MISTAKE
 
If you realise you have purchased the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7-day exchange policy. We generally will take your items back and exchange the product costs to the credit under your name, and you can purchase the right product from us.
To exchange a product, goods must be sealed/unopened condition, with packaging in original condition, and we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
 
INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED PRODUCTS
 
If you have been accidently supplied the wrong product, we are so sorry about that! TonerInk will supply you the right product you ordered or issue a credit/refund.
In order to supplying the correct product, the incorrect product will first need to be returned to us. TonerInk can arrange the collection of the incorrect product by courier if you selected shipping on the purchase.
And we will also need to be notified within 7 days of purchase/delivery and the incorrect item supplied must be in resalable and unused condition.
 
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
 
If your product is unfortunately damaged during transit to your delivery address, we will replace your product by the courier. For us to claim the loss to the courier company, you will need to send back the product to us, and we will courier the replacement to you.
 
PRODUCTS ARE IN FAULTY CONDITION UPON ARRIVAL AND WARRANTY PERIOD
 
A lot of faulty problems can be solved through emails. So please to ensure the sealed tape and cartridge protective holder are removed, and then email us instantly.
Generally we will need you to email us the following:
  1. Your TradeMe Reference Number (Started with a P, like P123456789), please put it in your email subject line
  2. Your printer model in detail like Brother MFC9340cdw
  3. A picture of our cartridge(s). Please remove the cartridge from the printer, and take a clear picture of the cartridge(s), showing all sealed and protective tape/holder is removed.
  4. A printer test page (the test page should be only printed by your printer settings, not same random page from internet)
We will reply your email within 1 business day.
 
In order to repair or replace your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm it is faulty. And as ink/toner cartridges are consumables, TradeMe sales products are covered by 45 days’ warranty, unless specified differently on the listing. Return of this nature can be made any time within the warranty period and it is your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us.
 
TEST FEES AND RETURN FREIGHT
 
If you return a product to us without notifying us, or the product is not in faulty condition at all, you may be liable for a testing fee and freight charges to return the product to you.
 
RESTOCKING FEES
 
In some special circumstances, we may agree to accept a return of a product that is not faulty. In these situations, there will be a restocking fee equal to at least $5.99 per item. Delivery fees are not refundable.
