We accept returns on all products (excluding chamois pants, bikes and hydration). Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided products are in original condition, with packaging intact and tags attached. Returns accepted at discretion of management. Shipping costs for returns are at customers expense.

Send items to: Top Gear Cycles, 40 Runanga Street, Taupo, Waikato, 3330, 07 377 0552. 3. Products will be refunded to your original payment method on confirmation of the product requirements above.
