Easy Returns:
 
Trade Depot offers an easy returns (change of mind) policy. We want you to be happy with your
selection and it’s suitability! We offer a “no questions” 28 day right of return is offered on all goods
purchased. Goods must be unused and perfectly new.
Freight will be at the cost of the purchaser for items returned, but contact us as we will do what
we can to reduce this cost to our valued customers.
Naturally goods will have to be returned in almost-original packaging / condition.
 
Restocking Fee:

Other returns will attract a restocking fee (minimum 20%) if returned after the 28 days or if the
unit is not returned as saleable (packaging/usage).
