Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a parcel hasn't arrived within 40 days of the purchase day, you are eligible to apply for a full refund.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, We will resolve your case as quickly as we can. You can either return it for a refund or exchange it with another alternative item. For change of mind and mistake order, TradeHut is not responsible to pay for the return shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days
Shipping costs are refundable if the item is defective. If your return qualifies, we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
