Change of Mind Returns Policy
Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your Twin Eagle product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
If you change your mind about your online purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods.
Goods purchased online must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post,the full refund will not include any shipping cost’s both inbound and outbound.
Faulty Product Returns Policy
Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your Twin Eagle product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
Should you find your purchase to be faulty we could either ask for photographic evidence or to have to product return to us. A full refund would include all shipping costs both inbound and outbound

For your security and protection, please DO NOT include your credit card details on this form or in any correspondence.
We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund.We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
