Returns
You may return your product to us, in circumstances where you purchased your item by mistake, by following CHANGE OF MIND/30 day money back guarantee policy, T&C applies.

Under no circumstances we accept CHANGE OF MIND return 30 days after you receive the item!

Item must be returned within 14 days once the return request is approved. Return item received after 14 days of approval will not be considered!

A 20% restocking fees will apply to final reimbursement to cover labor cost, P&H, restocking, freight.

To ensure the feasibility of return, please contact with our customer service team before returning the product.

The item must be returned at the buyer's cost in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf)

The item is securely packed to ensure it is received in original and re-saleable condition.

The item is NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when received

Do NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.

If the item has sustained damage in transit or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.

If you purchase the item via store, you must returned the item to the store with your proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept return of oversize products like Bulky solar panels, which may cause in transit damage.
Terms of refund
We may refund by credit card or direct deposit. No cash refund.
1. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process.
2. Return item(s) under 30 Day Money Back Guarantee must be returned at your own cost.
