You have 60 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund.
For alternative sizes, you will need to place a new order. Not to worry though, this is usually way quicker than waiting for an exchange to be processed.
We like to give our customers the full confidence when buying from us here in the UK. Our Returns Service provider lets you return parcels directly to us here in the UK via a local address within New Zealand. With the ‘Local Paid’ Service, you pay for the domestic postage costs and once this is received at the local PO Box Returns address, we will issue your refund.
