If there is a problem with your order, kindly contact us with a detailed description. If possible, please attach a photo to help us better understand the issue. We kindly request that you contact us before leaving negative feedback so that we can resolve the problem for you.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return the products in their original packaging and in a saleable condition within 30 days from the date of the order. Please note that the product must be unused and in brand new condition for the return to be accepted. You will be responsible for covering the return costs, and the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
