Refund/Cancellation Policy
Windsor Garden sheds & Outdoor products do not offer refunds on any purchases, nor do we accept cancellations after payments have been made. Please select your purchase carefully or contact us if you have any questions before completing the purchase. Faults with the product that are covered by our structural warranty will be repaired or replaced, this excludes weathering, wear and tear etc. Photographic proof may be required to prove that it is a manufacturing fault with the product.
