Just email us and let us know if you would like return or exchange the gift within 30 days of receiving it
Please note:

Unless the item is faulty, you will need to cover the cost of returning the gift to us.

Please note items must be in their original packaging and in excellent sellable condition

CORPORATE & BULK ORDERS
Please note that for large orders where we need to make special arrangements with our suppliers, we'll need payment upfront. Also, our usual 30-day return policy for change of mind won't apply in these situations.
