Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges Policy
 
Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
 
If you change your mind about your online purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. This applies to full price, sale and clearance items but excludes goods sold as “seconds”.
 
You can not return a Trade Me purchase to our store.? Goods purchased online must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post.
 
Returns & Exchanges Process
 
Fill out the bottom section of your packing slip; indicating whether you would like to return the item or exchange (subject to stock availability) for another item (please provide details).

We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund or exchange.
 
Processing times may take longer during sale periods. We do not cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
