Returns Policy
We do not offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds.
All sales are final.
This aligns with standard plumbing and wastewater industry practice, where products cannot be resold once purchased due to hygiene, installation, and compliance requirements.
7-Day Manufacturer Defect Policy
If your product arrives with a manufacturer defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:

The item must be unused and kept in original packaging

You must provide photos or video of the defect

A Buy & Save / GreenLeaf representative must approve the return before the item is sent back
Once assessed and approved, we will repair or replace the unit in line with our warranty terms.
24-Month Warranty
All GreenLeaf pumps come with a 24-month parts and labour warranty for genuine manufacturing faults.
The warranty does not cover:

Issues caused by incorrect installation

Damage from misuse, negligence, or foreign objects

Problems caused by improper maintenance

Commercial use (unless otherwise agreed)

Any unauthorised modifications or repairs
Approved warranty claims will require you to return the unit to one of our service agents for inspection. Depending on the assessment, the pump will be repaired or replaced and returned within a reasonable timeframe.
