1. the item is returned to us within 7 working days from receipt of it;

2. the item is in its original conditional & packaging; and resaleble.

3. the item arrives to us undamaged.

Damaged Items

We offer a replacement or a money back or discount guarantee on all products that is damaged in transit, Please let us know immediately by phone or email and share with us the following information:

Digital snapshots of the damaged product and also the packaging/ boxes so that we can understand how the damage happened and prevent future items from incurring similar damages. All images are mandatory for processing a damage claim.

Warranty/Policy

All of my products carry a 12 month “Return to Base Warranty”. However the warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, and any damage caused by misuse.
