Returns And Warranty
Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days. The buyer is required to pay the shipping cost to return the item plus a further $10 to re-send a new item unless a refund is requested in which case a refund will be made minus the original shipping fee
Warranty Claims: All of the footwear we sell is new stock and is covered by a 6 month manufacturing warranty. Please e-mail images of the fault through towarranty@tbwsafety.com.au and we will be in touch.
