- We use NZPost /Aramax /Post Haste/ Castle Parcel/ Now Courier to ensure that you are getting the best shipping service.
- Please provide us with your name, full address and delivery details via Trademe to ensure the fastest delivery possible the package is sent to an address where someone is able to sign for it.
- If you require a quote to a destination not listed, please do let us know.
- Dispatch confirmation email will be sent to all customers.
- If you have not received your parcel within 7 days of receiving the dispatch confirmation email, please notify us immediately. Please note that dispatch and delivery times may be delayed during holiday periods due to high volumes; however, timely notification is still required so that we can follow up on your behalf before the claim period expires. We shall not be held liable for any loss once the claim period has lapsed.
