We use Fastway Couriers for all parcels.
We can not deliver to PO Boxes nor do we offer standard Post.
We can not guarantee overnight or Saturday deliveries.

On dispatch of your parcel our system will send you an automated email with tracking details etc… Fastways Delivery Window is generally 2 – 3 working days from when we dispatch, for rural deliveries you should allow 5 working days. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within this time frame pleased contact us immediately as it is much easier to find lost / missing parcels within a few days of sending them out than several weeks later.
