Shopping for big and bulky items usually means high delivery fees. But not when you shop with Andoo! From family-sized lounge suites to premium mattresses, we offer free delivery to most Auckland and Hamilton homes with more areas on the way.
To check if this service is available at your delivery location, type your postcode in the field on the product you are interested in.
How can I select a delivery date?
Once you’ve added your Andoo products into your cart, you can select your preferred delivery date during checkout. In most areas, we deliver from Monday to Friday.
When will your order arrive?
We aim to deliver during business hours but you may receive your order as early as 6.30am or as late as 7pm. But don’t worry! We’ll keep you in the loop. Here’s what to expect on delivery day:
• You’ll receive a call with a 2-hour delivery window before 10am.
• Then you’ll receive a notification 30 minutes before our drivers arrive.
• If you’re one of the first deliveries of the day (lucky you!), our drivers will notify you as they’re leaving the warehouse to give you as much notice as possible.

All Andoo deliveries must be signed for by the purchaser or their representative, displaying photo ID at the delivery address.
What about my old product?
Andoo offers removal of your old product, that is similar to that of your purchase, absolutely FREE. If you would like to take advantage of this then make sure you select this option when adding your new products to cart.
Please note that the products to be removed must be disassembled and disconnected prior to our arrival and is limited to the number of items that you have purchased from us.
COVID Alert Levels
Level 3 or 4 - Contactless delivery
Under level 3 government guidelines, our team will carry out contactless delivery. To ensure the safety of your household and our delivery team, distance will be maintained during delivery. Our team will not be shaking hands or be in close contact. But we will be waving and saying hello!
Some services, such as partial furniture assembly and unboxing of items may be suspended under alert level 3 or 4 to limit contact.
Level 1 & 2 - Precautionary measures
Our delivery team will continue to adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure everyone’s wellbeing. We are committed to training and supporting our delivery team in the best hygiene practices, including frequent hand washing, sanitation, and physical distancing.
