Shipping times:
CourierPost has an overnight delivery target across town and between major towns and cities. For rural and South Island deliveries please allow one to three working days.

Orders are sent out and delivered on working days. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day. While we strive to send our order out within 1 business day, during peak holiday season this may be extended to 2 business days.
We are happy to combine shipping on any number of our auctions. Just select appropriate shipping on the first item and then "$0.00 Combined Shipping (Postage paid already)" for the balance of your purchases.
Customers with Rural Delivery addresses who fail to disclose or pay the Rural delivery courier fee will have their order held until rural postage is paid. Customers who choose the combined shipping $0.00 option and fail to pay for shipping will have their order held until payment is completed.
In the scenario that postage is not paid within 7 working days, Animal Kingdoms reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case a refund will be given if possible, minus any fees incurred and appropriate feedback given.

Over the Christmas period is our busiest time of year and being a 100% family-owned and operated business, we have all hands on deck to get orders out quickly. While we aim to send all orders within 1 working day, during our busiest time of year this may take longer.
Animal Kingdoms do not take any responsibility for orders that do not arrive in time for Christmas, as it is out of our control once picked up by our couriers.
