Shipping
Order processing times
Orders that are received before 2.30pm will be processed on the same day and made ready for courier pick up, that same day. Orders received after 2.30pm will be processed and picked up by the courier the next day. Once picked up, the order will usually be delivered over the following 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping costs
Our shipping costs are specified through the checkout process. We ship throughout NZ, including rural areas. Where possible, we try to combine shipping to keep costs lower for you.
Potential service interruptions
We do see occasional delays with our courier services. These are usually at times of high demand (like Christmas) and where illness affects supply chains
Product location
Our products are all in New Zealand and are stored at our distribution facilities.
