All our goods are shipped directly from Auckland, New Zealand, which makes transportation easier and facilitates warranty claims or returns and exchanges.

Pick-up is more than welcome.

Please note that the courier service only operates on weekdays. We aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours. The courier usually picks up in the morning, so placing your order early will ensure faster delivery.

Standard Shipping:
We use Aramex or NZ Post for standard shipping.

Usually, you will automatically receive a tracking email for the courier, and it typically arrives within a few days, but this depends on your location. This shipping method is more economical. We have encountered cases where delivery took more than 10 days, so if you need urgent shipping, please choose Express.

Express Courier:
If you choose Express, we use Post Haste for urgent shipping, as they are the most reliable courier we've found with a 98% on-time delivery rate.

• North Island: Delivery is usually overnight after pick-up. Rural areas may take an additional day.
• South Island : Delivery takes 2-3 days after pick-up. Rural areas may take an additional day.

Please note: We exclusively use Post Haste for Express shipping. While we cannot provide compensation for any delays, they maintain a 98% accuracy rate based on our experience.

If the courier delays your shipment, we truly apologize. Unfortunately, this is New Zealand, and courier options are limited—Aramex, NZ Post, and Post Haste are the best we can choose from. Public Holiday
We offer urgent contact and pick-up services during public holidays. Please text Tim at 021968000 (please text, as phone calls may not always be convenient).

Please note that couriers will continue to operate, except on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day when no pick-ups will be available. At all other times, couriers will operate as usual.
