Shipping
Our objective is to process all orders within 1 to 3 working days. However, if your order is required before a certain date please contact us. Once an order has been dispatched, you should receive it within the following time frame:
Metropolitan Auckland: 1 - 2 business days
North Island- Non Rural: 2 - 3 Business days
If you have not received your order within the time frame specified above, you must contact us immediately on 09 276 4911
Autocolorbank sends all orders using track and trace and >SIGNATURE REQUIRED< methods. All orders will be sent out to the shipping address that you confirmed at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
For product purchases totaling over $250 (including GST) the delivery is FREE.
The delivery charges for orders under $250 are as follows:
$6 per Auckland Region order
$12 per North Island Region order
$20 per South Island Region order
However unusually large or bulky items (over 15kgs) will incur an additional charge. Also when an urgent courier request is made, additional costs may be charged.
When we receive notification of an order, we generally process and pack the order with 24 hours and contact the courier company for collection.
We ship orders Monday to Friday due to the courier service's working hours.
Delivery is within New Zealand only and to physical addresses only.
Confirmation email will be sent when the products have been shipped, which will include the following information:
Dispatch Date
Order/Invoice number
Name of the courier company
Tracking Number
Delivery Address
Please note that the courier requires a signature to confirm delivery. If nobody is able to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card in the mailbox and alternative delivery arrangements can be made.
