Shipping
Automaster Equipment can arrange freight to anywhere in NZ, so ask for a quote.
All equipment (apart from Hoists) are assembled and fully tested before we send them out, so delivery times can be up to 1-3 working days in the North Island and 4-7 days in the South Island.
Shipping Methods and Policies are negotiable and we are more than happy to quote.
Packaging
All items are well packed to ensure they arrive in new condition. Some small amount of assembly is normally required. We carry "Stock in transit insurance" should damages occur in transit and we will replace or repair any damaged goods.
If you receive damaged goods then you must contact us via e-mail or phone the same day you receive the goods.
