Your purchase will be ready for collection from 10am onwards the following working day – Please ensure you allow this time for your order to be prepared.

We do not allow pick-ups outside of our opening hours (see above).
Delivery FAQ’s:

We use Fastway or Courier Post to send your parcel.

Goods are dispatched once the full payment (including the correct shipping charge) is received.

If you do not receive your parcel within 5 working days of feedback placed in your account, please email us and we will track your parcel.
Delivery time frame:

2-3 working days - Auckland

3-4 working days - North Island
-
4-5 working days - South Island
NOTE: Add an extra 2-3 days for rural locations

Please note these times are an indication only, at certain periods BabyOnline or courier companies may experience higher volumes in freight & therefore delivery may take a little longer.

We are unable to specify times and/or days of delivery as we deliver through courier companies who keep their own schedules.

Couriers are unable to call or txt prior to delivery. Please note we always do our best to work with the couriers for a prompt delivery service.
