We can arrange delivery to most places in the NORTH ISLAND at reasonable rates, please enquire for a quote today. The Carrier picks up from our store fortnightly on Thursdays. Payment must be received in full before the item(s) are loaded on the truck. You will need to organise a helper(s) at your end to help the driver unload.
SHIPPING TIMES:
We endeavor to get your purchase(s) to you within 14 working days.
Majority of our customers pick up the goods themselves as they can inspect them and make payment at the same time.
Special deliveries Northland-wide (from Whangarei to the Far North). We use either an A-frame trailer with a tow wagon or a furniture box body truck so driveway access needs to be disclosed prior to delivery, transit times may be longer for remote areas to coincide with other deliveries in your area. Please enquire for a quote & time frames.
Our obligation is to the gate only, we will endeavor to get your good(s) as close to the site as possible (especially during wet weather) this will be at the driver’s discretion.
Driveways must be wide enough & well-formed (compacted), no paddocks, no low lying branches or power lines.
Do not expect the driver and/or their off-sider to lift heavy item(s) more than 30 metres from where the truck/ trailer can gain access.
Back 2 Wood Demolition is not responsible for length of transit times or damage to goods received during freight if using an alternative carrier other than ourselves. We take every care & responsibility for what we carry.
