Getting Order Status
You will receive an email once your order has shipped. The email will contain your tracking number. We pride ourselves on prompt shipping and great communication.
Shipping and Delivery
Our delivery rates are cheaper than most and cost price only. Delivery prices vary depending on size and weight and options will be provided on check out. Most are $3.89 for Urban New Zealand, $8.99 for Rural New Zealand.
Only pay for 1 shipping regardless of the number of items purchased.
These New Zealand orders are sent via Courier Post.
Often we can deliver the same day or next day if in Christchurch.
Our delivery timeframe of 1 - 5 working days for urban delivery and 3 - 10 working days for rural delivery from the time the order was placed. Once the order has left our premises, we have no control over the delivery time.
We will contact you if the incorrect delivery option has been selected.
If for any reason we do not have a product in-stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
