Orders under $100 incur a Shipping charge of $9.95

Your parcel will be delivered by New Zealand Post. All our shipments have individual tracking numbers which are sent to you with our despatch confirmation email. Tracking numbers can be checked at http://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
