We offer FREE courier/ transport delivery throughout New Zealand.
We make use of PBT (Peter Baker Transport) Couriers and Transport as our delivery partner and they endeavour to deliver within 5 working days.
Items will not be shipped until we have received payment in full and it has cleared. All Courier Deliveries are generally sent the same or the next working day, however delays can occur during peak times i.e. Christmas and long weekends.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery after payment has been cleared. We will email the courier track and trace number to the purchaser before shipment.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, please address your goods to a physical delivery address.
Once the goods are passed on to the courier, it is out of our control. If you do not receive your goods in a reasonable timeframe please check the tracking on PBT’s website or don’t hesitate to eMail or call us and we will follow up for you, as we strive for excellent service.
