All purchases are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Courier Deliveries
All courier deliveries are signature required This means someone will need to sign for receipt of goods on delivery. If no one is home a card will be left by the driver with a phone number for you to ring to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
WARNING:
Do not sign for receipt of the goods until you have inspected the item and you are completely satisfied that the goods inside the packaging are not damaged. We recommend that you open and inspect the package while the driver is present before you sign. If any damage has occurred during transit do not sign the delivery docket and do not accept the goods. Phone our office on 09 629 3658 immediately to advise us so we can make an insurance claim against the courier or transport company and replace the damaged goods. If you sign receipt of the goods and the goods have been damaged in transit you will not be covered by insurance and we will not be able to replace the product for you and Challenge Yachts will refuse any claims. All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition.
