Shipping Cost
Due to the significant differences in size, weight, and fragility of auto parts—from small switches to entire gearboxes or body panels—shipping costs are calculated individually for each item.
The cost will depend on:

Size and Weight: Heavier and bulkier items (e.g., engines, doors, bumper bars) incur higher charges.

Destination: Delivery to rural and remote locations will cost more than delivery to major cities.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout on our website or quoted to you directly via phone or Trade Me message.
Shipping Method
We utilize several trusted courier partners, including Post Haste, Courier Post, Mainfreight, and PBT Couriers, allowing us to select the most appropriate and cost-effective method for your specific part, whether it's a small parcel or a heavy pallet.

When your item is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details for your consignment.

If possible and deemed safe, items will be left in a secure location at the address specified, unless you request a signature required service.
Shipping Times
Most orders for parts already dismantled and on the shelf are dispatched on the next working day after payment is confirmed.

Standard NZ Delivery: You should typically allow 2–3 business days for delivery to major North and South Island cities.

Rural Delivery (RD): Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for all Rural Delivery addresses.

You will receive a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner after it is dispatched.
Restrictions
Choice Auto Parts offers delivery within New Zealand only. We are currently unable to ship to international addresses, international Armed Forces bases, or any unverified freight forwarders.

Packages are not shipped from our distribution centre on the following New Zealand Public Holidays:

Please allow an additional delivery time of up to 5 business days if your order is placed within two days of the above public holidays.
Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 pm on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday. At choice Auto Parts weekends and Public holidays are not regarded as business days. All orders will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
