If you purchase from a listing that finishes on a weekend, please be aware that we will ship your item at the start of the following week (usually Monday or Tuesday depending on the item). You will be provided with a tracking number for your order as soon as we receive it.
Free pickup is available from our Palmerston North store for all items.
Standard urban deliveries will receive a $10 shipping charge. Rural deliveries will be charged at $17.50.
All tyres will be charged at $20 nationwide.
Shipping rates for large/heavy items are set on a case-by-case basis. These items include outdoor power equipment, race tents and large workshop equipment.
Power equipment are inspected before delivery, so please expect a delay in delivery on these items.
We cannot send items to P.O Boxes, if you enter a P.O Box we will contact you for an alternate address
We cannot send large/heavy items to the Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island or Waiheke Island.
Order cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once the process has begun. Please select your items carefully.
Shipping Times:
North Island deliveries: Please allow 2-3 business days, depending on the item size and delivery location.
South Island Deliveries: Please allow 3-5 business days, depending on the item size and delivery location.
Rural delivery times depend on your local carrier, and how often they deliver.
