Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment received (except weekends & public holiday).
A Combine shipping discount is offered for multiple purchases. Overpaid postage will be refunded on the day of order shipped.
Please also note that some rural area will take longer delivery time and extended area surcharge may apply. Bulky or over-sized item may incur additional charges. In this case, we will contact you to discuss those charges before proceeding with your order.
If item is in factory faulty or out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay immediately.
We do international shipping upon request, pls ask for prices.
Costume King reserves the right to change the shipping method of any order as required.
Buyer Responsibilities :-
Premium and STD Express both require a street address, contact number and signature on delivery. If you will not at home between 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri), we recommend that have the goods addressed to your work place. The parcel tracking number will be supplied via automated email.
Please also make sure your Trade Me account postal address is up to date otherwise we will not responsible for any wrong address delivery. A fee of $25 will be charged to redelivery to a new address.
Please note that all sale items will be despatched from an International seller based in Australia. The buyer is responsible to pay any applicable customs or import duties that may be charged once the parcel reaches New Zealand.
