Shipping Costs
All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouses, with delivery costs calculated per item. We deliver to residential and business addresses, as well as PO Boxes.
For multiple item purchases, we strongly recommend using the Trade Me Shopping Cart. This ensures the lowest possible combined shipping rate and allows you to see any delivery discounts before checkout.
Please note that when ordering multiple items, your order may be dispatched in separate parcels, on different days, and via different freight providers.
Shipping Method
Orders are dispatched on business days only via Australia Post or one of our trusted courier partners. All shipments are fully tracked, with tracking details available in your Trade Me Purchases dashboard once dispatched.
Most carriers require a signature on delivery to ensure secure and successful delivery.
We pack all orders carefully to ensure they arrive in brand new condition. Delivery timeframes provided by Trade Me or our carriers are estimates only. Cranky’s Performance cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carrier delays.

Pickup
We do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses.

Most orders are dispatched the same or next business day. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via Trade Me to follow your delivery.

Delivery Restrictions
This Trade Me store ships to New Zealand addresses only. We do not currently ship to international Armed Forces addresses or freight forwarders.

If your order is placed within two days of a public holiday, please allow up to an additional 5 business days for dispatch.
Orders placed after 12:00pm on Fridays may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. All orders are processed on the next available business day.
