Pick Ups
We allow pickups for almost all items we sell (unless stated in the auction).  Please ensure you contact us prior to coming as some items may need to be picked out of storage.
 
Delivery
We strive to have all orders packaged and on the way to our customers within 2 working days from the date of the payment. If there are any issues such as wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue before dispatch.
 
We primarily use Post Haste and Castle Parcels for our deliveries as we have found them to be two of the most reliable and cost effective companies available. For larger items or international deliveries we will use DHL or courier post.
 
Everything from invoicing, printing of courier tickets and order processing is done via automation. Our system will send an automated email once the item is packed and ready for pick up. This will contain any necessary information such as invoices and tracking numbers.  If you haven’t heard from us within 3 business days of you making a payment, please get in touch with us as this means something has gone wrong in during the automation process.
 
We cannot accept any liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. However we will assist you where possible in lodging any necessary paperwork or claims with the courier companies directly.
