The Dart Depot will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days of your order being paid/placed. Our products are delivered to you using Courier Post.
North Island, New Zealand: Next working day (following The Dart Depot dispatch).
South Island, New Zealand: Two working days (following The Dart Depot dispatch).
We currently do not ship our products outside of New Zealand.
Important to note:
If your item is going to a rural area, delivery may take an additional 24 hours. Rural deliveries do not require signature.
Courier Post do their best to deliver your parcels to the above guidelines; but sometimes events beyond their control may mean they may take an extra day or so to deliver. As such, please note that they cannot guarantee delivery within the above service standards.
