It now becomes a compulsory procedure for our customer booking a pick-up date and time in 24
hours prior to allow our warehouse to get your order ready in our contactless pick-up points.
Please contact our customer service team to schedule a pick-up time. Same day pick up cannot be arranged.
-Make sure you provide us with the vehicle plate number when you make the booking. This is to allow our
staff to identify you and process the correct order.
-Our staff will remain at 2 meters of social distancing from other people at all times.
-Please open the trunk and clear up your back seats once you reach our warehouse. You can remain
in the car or keep at least 2m apart from the people around you. So our staff can load the products
in your cars.

We can either use transport or courier carrier to ship your order, depends on the size, weight of your purchase as well as your destinations.
Assistance will be required if the order contains any heavy items. If this cannot be supplied by the customer, 2 men delivery can be arranged which will incur an extra fee depending on location.

Your order will be dispatched next business day with the delivery
-Auckland and North Island within 2-5 working days
-South Island within 3-7 working days
Delivery days are Monday – Friday, during normal business hours, door to door. Saturday delivery in some areas are available with extra freight charge.
You will be advised by email when we dispatch the product and it’s tracking number so you are never left in the dark.
If the customer requested the items to be left without being present, they are accepting full responsibility of the items if they are damaged or missing.
Pickup is always welcome from our Otahuhu Warehouse, Our team will be able to help you get your order in the back of your car, trailer or ute. However, our warehouse can only hold your order for 30 days due to our limited space capacity. Any item from pick-up orders exceeding 30 days waiting time will be relisted for sale.
