Discount Tools has the following delivery expectation:
- We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- 3 working days for goods able to be placed in standard courier bags anywhere on mainland New Zealand
- 7 working days for goods requiring road freighting anywhere on mainland New Zealand Free Freight!! On any order to any location in mainland New Zealand (North Island and South Island only, excluding Great Barrier Island, Chathams and Stewart Island). Rural delivery can attract a longer time period area.
- All products will be couriered to your address by tracked courier. We primarily use either NZ Couriers or Post Haste as a courier preference; however, we may use other companies from time to time at our discretion.
- If you want your order sent to an address which is not on your TradeMe account please update your TradeMe account address prior to purchasing. The address provided through TradeMe (including name) is the only address we are able to use.
Address change requests in the "notes" cannot be accepted.
Please ensure to provide your complete address through TradeMe, including any business name should there be one. If your address is incomplete we will contact you at the soonest possibility to make corrections. This may incur a fee if the courier charges us for a 2nd delivery.
