What is the cost of delivery?
Each product clearly shows the cost of shipping. Where we can, we will offer free shipping.
Can I collect my order from your store?
Yes, you can collect from our store (based in Kapiti). Please give us 48hrs notice if you wish to collect from our shop, as we need to make sure we have your product here ready for collection.
* Collection is between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday only. Ebikes and Mobility, 16 Ihakara Street, Paraparaumu 5032
* Please make sure you have a copy of the sales invoice and a form of ID. Without these items we will not be able release the product.
How long will my order take?
We process orders Monday to Friday, and we dispatch orders once a day. On top of this processing time, you will also have to factor in delivery time. Orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day. We do not process orders at the weekend or on public holidays.
Dispatch Direct or from a supplier?
Although we hold a huge amount of stock, sometimes we get caught short! In this case to speed up your delivery we may dispatch direct from one of our suppliers.
In stock or out of stock?
In the unlikely event of us not having your product in stock or our supplier running short, it may take extra time for us to dispatch your order. You will be kept informed if such a situation occurs and will not be charged anything extra.
