Most of our goods are shipped by Courier, signature required.

Delivery to urban North Island: Usually next business day after shipping

Delivery to urban South Island: Usually two business days after shipping

Rural addresses typically take 1-2 days more.

Heavier or bulky goods may be shipped on heavy freight, signature required.
Shipping to a business address and a town address is often quicker than to a rural/residential address.
If you require shipping to a business address, please ensure you supply the receivers name, the business name and the unit number if in a block of businesses to avoid any delivery delays
If it is likely there will be nobody at the delivery address to sign for the goods, you may instruct us to ask the courier to leave goods in a dry secure location at your property without signature. Be aware couriers may not deliver to an area on the property with dogs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of product after it has been left unattended.
We cannot ship to PO boxes and private bags.
Shipping to islands other than North and South Island will incur addition shipping costs
Pickups
Goods can be picked up if required. Pickup details will be sent out within the payment instructions email.
Our pickup times do vary due to our other business commitments. If you require a specific pickup time before buying an item, please leave us a question on the listing to confirm if it is suitable.
