Your order will be dispatched on the same day if payment is made before the 1pm cut off time. After this time, your order will be dispatched within the next business day.
We will do everything we can to ensure quick and secure delivery, but ultimately we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
We use Australian Post Registered and Express Services. You will be required to sign off upon delivery. If no one is present, a card will be left advising the nearest post office or depot where the item can be collected from. Tracking details of your parcel will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
All items will be delivered in approximately 5-10 business days.
You are responsible for all customs, import duties, brokerage fees and taxes. They are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges.
For items containing batteries, we are required to physically open the packaging and insert the battery into the device before shipping.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
