SHIPPING COST
If you use the ‘Add to Cart’ cart function you can benefit from FREE SHIPPING on purchases totalling over $75 in a single transaction. Free shipping does not apply to Rural Delivery, Waiheke, Chatham or Great Barrier Island. Each listing has an applicable shipping cost and is dependent on the delivery address, generally multiple same item purchases incur a single delivery fee.
Freight for Waiheke, Great Barrier and Chatham Island addresses can be calculated on request.
Shipping method
We despatch all orders by signature required courier. Please make sure the delivery address is where someone can sign for the delivery and provide a phone number for the address label.
Delivery time vary but you can generally expect it to take 3-10 business days after dispatch, wherever possible we will provide you with a tracking number by email.
Sorry, but we cannot currently offer next day or weekend delivery.
All orders are delivered using courier and so we can only deliver to residential or business addresses - PO Boxes are not a valid courier destination.. Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when the courier calls, they will leave a missed delivery card explaining what to do next.
Combined shipping
Yes, we are happy to combine shipping, if purchasing multiple items you can pay only the highest postage cost from the products in your basket, or take advantage of the freight free offer by ensuring that your basket total is above the threshold (currently $75.00).
