Shipping Cost
Except for specific products, we will charge additional shipping fees, and we provide free shipping for most products. This is for all nationwide deliveries to your home or business address or post office box.
Shipping Method
Please note: Since we ship from overseas warehouses, the goods will first be transported by air from overseas to New Zealand, and finally handed over to the last-mile shipping service provider, we cooperate with for final delivery.
The logistics service providers of our overseas warehouses are Yanwen, YunExpress, China Post, 4Px Express, and more will continue to be added in the future.
The logistics service providers we cooperate with for the last leg are NZ Post, Fast Horse NZ, Imile, and will continue to increase in the future.
The delivery process is:
Overseas warehouse - Overseas warehouse logistics service provider - Air freight - Customs clearance - Leave it to the last-mile logistics service provider to arrange the final delivery
When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified.
Shipping Times
Most orders are dispatched on the 3 working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
Standard NZ delivery is 10-14 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.
