Shipping
We ship daily using tracked courier for all deliveries. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
The daily cut-off time for shipping is 3.30pm. If you do need parts urgently please contact us and we can usually work to your requests.
A confirmation email will be sent with tracking link once your order has been picked up, usually about 4.30pm.
Our delivery target is overnight for North Island orders, and 1-2 days for South Island orders. Rural delivery can take a further 2-3 days depending on location.
We primarily use Courier Post as a courier preference; however we may use other companies from time to time at our discretion.
We ship only to the address sent through Trade Me as this is automatically loaded into our shipping software and courier tickets automatically printed with your address. Please ensure this address is correct.
