Ordering Process
We generally process all orders within the day it was purchased, and orders will be dispatched the following working day.
Personalized jewellery will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Please note that Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
Orders can be delivered to a P.O.Box address.
Shipping Times
If you are in a residential area please allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 – 2 business days.
