2-5 Business Days. Delivery to rural or remoteaddresses may take 1-2 additional days.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME for DIRECT IMPORT items:
7 Business Days - 14 Business Days. Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take 1-2 additional days.

Shipping timeframe around public holiday periods

Please allow a few extra working days during public holidays. During the Christmas period - please expect courier delivery to take a little longer than usual.
We accept EASY & QUICK returns to New Zealand addresses.

- For DIRECT IMPORT products, Our primary shipping service is by DHL, FedEx, UBI NZ Priority Line, or Australia Mail Service.
All take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS - 14 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery (INCLUDING ORDER PROCESSING TIME)

- For New Zealand-stocked products our primary shipping service is by TRADE ME’s Book a Courier service or Freightways.

• DIRECT IMPORT PRODUCTS are shipped directly from our International/overseas suppliers/vendors.

1.We and our suppliers/vendors will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however many factors (some of which are beyond our and the Supplier’s/Vendor’s control) can affect these timeframes and the suppliers/vendors cannot guarantee that they will always be met. However, we want to get your orders to you as quickly as humanly possible.
2. We process all orders within 1-2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
3. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During holiday periods, orders
may take a bit longer to process.
4. As soon as we process and ship out your order, an automated email will be sent to you with the
Delivery Information & tracking number of your order with further constant tracking & delivery
updates till you receive your order
