* For DIRECT IMPORT products Our primary shipping service is by UBI NZ Priority Line, FGL or Australia Mail Service. All take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS - 14 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery (INCLUDING ORDER PROCESSING TIME)
* For New Zealand stocked products our primary shipping service is by TRADE ME’s Book a Courier service, Freightways.
* DIRECT IMPORT PRODUCTS are shipped directly from our International/overseas suppliers/vendors.
* We and our suppliers/vendors, will use its best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however many factors (some of which are beyond our and the Supplier’s/Vendor’s control) can affect these timeframes and the suppliers/vendors cannot guarantee that they will always be met. However, we want to get your orders to you as quickly as humanly possible.
* We process all orders within 1-2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
* All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process.
